GravityBody started as a personal journey for Gerald Clark, a father in search of solutions for his youngest son, J.J and himself. Born with DiGeorge’s Syndrome, a genetic disorder whose many symptoms include low muscle tonus, J.J. was suffering and living a life of severe structural limitations. Gerald had his own structural problems caused by childhood sporting injuries and accidents.

Gerald embarked on a quest to learn and apply Structural Integration as a certified practitioner. Structural Integration enabled J.J. to move beyond his imbalanced struggles to stand upright in the gravity field. J.J.’s physical improvements through a gentle and progressive series of Structural Integration sessions were dramatic, providing inspiration to bring the GravityBody experience to a broader audience and offer it to other special needs children through the JJ Clark Foundation, a 501 C(3) not-for-profit California Corporation.

The GravityBody professional health studio is a natural extension of J.J.’s and Gerald’s personal successes. Soon after his own incredible improvements, Gerald was asked by friends and acquaintances to provide Structural Integration services for them. Overnight, a personal hobby transformed into a full-time business as Rolf Del Mar, in Del Mar, California and provided the genesis for Gravitybody, a limited liability California corporation headquartered in Tucson, Arizona..

Gerald helped people who had suffered with chronic pain for years. He helped elite athletes perform at higher levels. And he helped everyday business men and women achieve greater results. Clients enjoyed increased flexibility, strength and endurance that only come through a body tuned and synchronized to earth’s gravity force, a body that is more resilient and less prone to fatigue.

Synchronization with gravity is a very real physical state you can achieve through the practice of Structural Integration, combined with Movement Re-Patterning. Adding energy work is the final optimization to create a full-fledged GravityBody that is tuned for life.

GravityBody provides Structural Integration, movement re-patterning and energy body services for clients across the United States through Gerald’s studio in Tucson, Arizona. The facility will also offer accredited instruction to train licensed structural integrators.
